Lot of great things are happing on my professional front, I have accepted a position with big responsibilities which is very exciting. As a results of that I had to travel, attend business meetings and conferences. That is the reason why I could not post new blogpost. The best part of my business trip was, I get to meet many great speakers, who delivered very inspirational speeches on leadership, how to achieve your goals/dreams, confidence, magic of positive thinking etc. I learned a lot and can’t wait share those lessons through my blogposts.
First topic I am going to share is Confidence.
What is Confidence ? It means believe in yourself, believe in your abilities and your strengths!
Confidence is very important, it can change your life and leads to success. How?
Confidence helps to overcome the fears, fear of failure, fear of what others think about you. It boots your positive thinking. You feel relax and happy. Your social activities become easier, you feel great when you meet new people. It helps and motivates you to take risk to achieve better things and encounter more opportunities. More confident you are more powerful you feel and that prepares you to face challenges more boldly.
Quick tips on how to build or improve confidence –
Start with small task, set small goals and complete it, small achievements makes you feel good. Which gives you courage to handle big task/goals. Always think positive, train your brain to find good in every situation. Don’t compare yourself to others. Be good to yourself, eat healthy, exercise, improve your posture, sit up straight and stand tall. Improve your weaknesses. Appreciate your achievements.
